KLMSys was created and designed to make it easier for business owners to monitor multiple businesses they own so that business owners can monitor the businesses they run in one dashboard.
KLMSys is a management operating multiple distinct businesses across different sectors. The owner needed a unified view to oversee the entire portfolio but was hindered by fragmented, manual, and non-centralized management processes across each entity.

What we found as Core Problems
Manual & Disconnected Workflows
Reliance on conventional methods (like spreadsheets and paper) led to inefficient processes and data silos.
Unclear Financial Visibility
Financial recording was done manually, causing delays, potential errors, and a lack of real-time insight into the company’s financial health across businesses.
Poor Project & Performance Tracking
There was no systematic way to monitor project progress, employee output, or align daily work with company targets.
Uncontrolled & Unmonitored Assets
Physical assets and brand consistency were not tracked centrally, leading to potential loss, misuse, and fragmented oversight.
Our Challenge:
Designing for Complexity, Developing for Clarity.

What we do to give the best result
Phase 1:
We began with in-depth stakeholder interviews to map all data points needed by the owner. We audited existing (often manual) processes across the different businesses to identify critical information flows. The goal was to transform scattered raw data into a coherent information architecture for the dashboard.
Phase 2:
We designed a flexible and scalable visual system that could present complex, multi-source data in a simple, glanceable format. Starting with the IA, we created wireframes and a high-fidelity interactive prototype focused on the owner’s core needs: an executive overview that could drill down into assets, finances, and personnel for any business unit.
Phase 3:
We engineered a secure, role-based ERP dashboard, translating the approved prototype into a fully functional system. The development focused on creating robust modules for asset tracking, financial reporting, employee performance, and project monitoring, ensuring all data integrated seamlessly into the single dashboard.
