As the first and only Futures Exchange and Cryptocurrency Exchange in Indonesia, INDOKRIPTO aims to be the company that oversees the best Digital Financial Asset Ecosystem by optimizing synergy and good governance.

What we identified as the Core Problem
Brand Representation Failure
Users feel that their website is too static and unable to represent the identity and values of the company's brand.
Digital Visibility Crisis
Users realize that their brand does not appear in Google search results for key terms.
Communication Barriers
We found that important messages were not being communicated effectively to visitors.
Lack of Information
Visitors did not receive enough information to understand the products and services offered.
Our Challenges
The existing Indokripto website fails to showcase the sophistication and credibility of their brand as a financial platform, resulting in poor user perception and limited online visibility.
What We Did to Achieve the Best Results
Phase 1:
We started with an observational analysis to diagnose what was fundamentally wrong with their existing website. Using Figma Jam as our collaboration space for brainstorming sessions.
Phase 2:
We presented 4 different design concepts, each addressing the core problems in different ways, allowing the client to choose their preferred direction, then we moved into the refinement phase.

We prepared developer-friendly deliverables to ensure a smooth transition with Quality Assurance:

User flow validation testing
