Doa Ibu Apotek is a Local Pharmacy in BSD, Tangerang Selatan. Family-owned pharmacy serving the BSD community since 2015. Needed to modernize their marketing to reach younger demographics and compete with chain pharmacies.

No social media presence
The pharmacy completely lacked an online platform to engage its community and promote services.
Competing with larger pharmacy chains
They faced intense competition from established national chains with far greater brand recognition.
Limited marketing budget
Their very restricted budget prevented any investment in traditional advertising or large campaigns.
Need to build trust with local community
Establishing credibility and personal connections within the neighborhood was a critical challenge.

We have to created a self-sustaining marketing channel that continues to grow with minimal ongoing management.

What we do to give the best result
Phase 1:
We began to find a correct brand Foundation & Strategy by Setting up their professional Instagram presence with profile optimization and content strategy.
Phase 2:
We began to building visibility and local connections by using visual content of their products, pharmacy photos and health information not to mention we also used hashtag strategy to group content by topic for easy discovery, increase reach to new audiences beyond your followers, and increase engagement and brand awareness
Phase 3:
To grow the performance, we convert followers into customers by utilizing Instagram tools to add a book now button and integrate with several platforms that customers need to highlight their services.
